Founder’s Message & School Introduction

My name is RamKishan, and I am a passionate yoga teacher dedicated to sharing the true essence of yoga with the world. I hold professional qualifications including Yoga Acharya, Yoga Shironmani, a Diploma in Yoga, and international certifications 200-hour and 300-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) from the USA. I am also a certified Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher. With years of experience in both practicing and teaching yoga, I founded the Ogam School of Yoga in Trincomalee, Sri Lanka, to create a peaceful and inclusive space where people from all walks of life can experience the powerful benefits of yoga.

Our school is located at 80/3, Anthony Street, 3rd Mile Post, Uppuwelli, just a few minutes from the beautiful beach. At Ogam School of Yoga, we offer a wide range of yoga sessions including:

Group Yoga Classes ,Private Lessons, Kids Yoga, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, Beach Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga (for back pain, stress, flexibility, etc.), Meditation Sessions

Our classes are held daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, you are warmly welcome to join our classes and grow on your yoga path.
